Failure to receive Message on Outlook

I installed Outlook 2003 today and tried coonverting from
Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I can send a test
message from Outlook 2003 but can't receive it on Outlook
2003. It is still being receeived on Outlook Express.
What have I done wrong?
