i installed office 2000 as an upgrade to office 97. half way thru the install
i got an error on the cd. when i continued it did not install correctly. i
cannot uninstall it now because it does not think office 2000 is installed
(although it is in the add/remove program list). when i try to reinstall i
get an error that says it must be re-installed by the same user as before.
there is only one user on the pc (default).
