Favicon problem

I am trying to publish Favicon to my webpage but a window pops up that says
Microsoft Frontpage needs a converter to display this file correctly. This
feature is currently not installed. Would you like to install it now? When I
click 'YES' a window starts to download for a second then another window pops
up and says "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other
removable disk that is not available" I am using XP home addition as an
operating system. Any suggestions or ideas?

Just import the image into your web / site, then create the link to it.
