Favorite Folders in Outlook 2003

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of that freak'in Favorite Folders in Outlook 2003?
What a waste of space that I could use for my email folders!

You can't. Change your navigation to Folder List to get rid of it and get a
more classic view.

How can you change to "Folder List" ? Under the View option you can either
show or hide the navigation pane.

Click on the folder in the navigation bar. It is usually the last one
before the shortcut symbol.
