fax fails to transmit

Hi
My fax fails to send when completeing the fax wizard, I click on finish
which should send the fax but it goes to the outbox in fax console and does
not send. Can someone advise me of what may be the problem please?

Do you have your phone enabled?

If you use a modem to connect to the internet, and are online when you try
to send the fax, the modem will be unable to dial out to the receiving fax
machine..

Some if not most Fax programs needs a Fax Service

Yes, my phone is enabled & I'm not online when trying to send fax - just
seems to default to outbox without doing anything else.
