When I send a mail to a person called Mary /for exemple) putting Mary's mail
in the field "bcc" the following problem occurs:

When Mary's reveives my mail in her mail's field "to" appears my e-mail and
not her e-mail.

I'm not talking about Marys' mail field "From" but Marys' mail field "To".

The normal it would be that in Mary's field "To" appears:

H1)her e-mail
or
H2)a blank field.

and not my e-mail

Best regards

That's normal - well, actually, I'd expect it to just be a blank TO field.
You BCC'd her so she will never appear in the TO field. I recommend putting
your own address in the TO field anyway, rather than leaving it blank - some
spam filters will block your mail.

If you want Mary's e-mail address to appear in the TO field, put it in the
TO field. If it's a mass mailing to a bunch of people, and you (wisely)
don't want to expose the entire list of addressees to others (thank you for
doing this!) then look into doing a mail merge to electronic mail - you have
to have MS Word, of the same version as MS Outlook. Each recipient will
receive an individual message with his/her address in the TO field.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. You've guessed exactly my problem:
I want to send a mail to a lot of people.

But how to do a mail merge ? I've Microsoft Word 2003 SP1.

Best regards

Joe

Help (F1) will help a lot - search for "mail merge". Also search for the
same on www.slipstick.com - best of luck.
