That's normal - well, actually, I'd expect it to just be a blank TO field.
You BCC'd her so she will never appear in the TO field. I recommend putting
your own address in the TO field anyway, rather than leaving it blank - some
spam filters will block your mail.
If you want Mary's e-mail address to appear in the TO field, put it in the
TO field. If it's a mass mailing to a bunch of people, and you (wisely)
don't want to expose the entire list of addressees to others (thank you for
doing this!) then look into doing a mail merge to electronic mail - you have
to have MS Word, of the same version as MS Outlook. Each recipient will
receive an individual message with his/her address in the TO field.
