You cannot...the only programs that recognize
the HP2000 .php format are MS Home Publishing,
MS Picture It! and MS Digital Image Pro.
If you have HP2000 and MS Publisher 2000 on
the same computer you could open the file in HP
2000 and copy paste the content of the project
from one program to the other. (BTW...this will
only be an image and all layers will be flattened).
