File Error. File Formats lost.

Hello,

I'm using a Query to grab the data I need and putting it into a Macro
(Output to). The data exports with no problem but when I open the spreadsheet
I get the following .. File Error. File Formats may have been lost. The
spreadsheet shows all the little green markers indicating a format change.
How can I get around this error ? Is there someway in which I may format the
data in the query before the export ? I really don't want to use the
Transfersheet function.
