Only is it is inserted as text when the picture is inserted.
Look at Image Imported Wizard (
http://skp.mvps.org/iiw.htm )and the existing
Insert => Picture => New Photo Album.
The first is better, the second is free. Both of these have options to
include at least part of the picture file's name.
