File not found

I received an errorthat this file was not found
c:MSOCache\Allusers\90000409-6000-1103-8cfe-015004838cp\e2561412.cab. I tried
repairing and also reinstalling my microsoft office. If I cannot find the
file can I uninstall & reinstall without a new license.
