File office\ACWZDAT.MDT can not be found on a reinstall of my MS OFFICE 2003
from my CD on windows XP Pro any suggestions?

Try renaming the folder 'MicrosoftOffice' under C:\Program Files (Restart
the computer) and then try to install Office 2003.
