When I go to save something, this file (OLK2C) comes up
most of the time. What is it? I can't go back to it.

Hi

OLK2C is a reference to a temporary folder. You can come across this in the
following circumstance. Someone emails you a document. You open the document
from within the email. Word puts a temporary copy of the document into a
temporary folder so you can look at it.

If you make changes to a document opened like this, and try to save the
document, you're only saving it into a temporary folder. Your changes won't
be saved.

If people send you documents in email, make sure you choose to save the
document from the email. In Outlook, for example, while looking at an email,
you can choose File > Save Attachments, or right-click the document and
choose Save.

Hope this helps.
