File, Setup – Margins, Paper, Layout, do not have alt+key strokes

I prefer to work keyboard-driven as opposed to mouse-driven. In Word 2003,
under File, Setup, the subheadings Margins, Paper, and Layout do not have
alt+key strokes, so I have to take my hands off the keyboard to use the mouse
to select them. Please fix.

Those subheadings actually are keyboardable (is that a word?) if
you're patient enough. Either tab forward through the last field on
the page, then Default, OK, and Cancel, and the next one is the
subheading; or Shift+Tab back from the first field. Once the
subheading is selected, the arrow keys go from one to the next.

I agree, though, that this isn't nearly as convenient as a real
accelerator (the formal name of the Alt key combinations). In fact, if
you aren't already at the first or last field, it's quicker to reach
for the mouse.
