File Upload button - password?

I'm running FrontPage 2003, my server is a unix box. I setup a file upload
button on my site, but when you try and upload a file (press submit) a pop-up
screen requesting a password comes up, but the login id that I setup for that
website (used for publishing the same site) does not work. There are no
password protected directories, etc. Any suggestions??

Check your .htaccess file and with your ISP / WPP / ICP
