My boss is entering data into Excel (she is very much a
rookie). When she e-mails me the file, and I open it, I
get several "versions" of it. What I mean by versions is,
if I click on Window there appear to be several
spreadsheets open with file names like this:
Filename.xls:1, Filename.xls:2, Filename.xls:3. How is
she doing this and can I help her stop? (I guess I am a
bit of a rookie too)
