Files Tool Problem

Sean

So I tried the grooveclean.exe -all and the uninvite and reinvite
method and the Files tool reappears for both, and it takes an hour to
sync, but then shows an empty files tool. Any other ideas?

Using 'grooveclean' without any option clears only temporary data. I am not
sure why you used the '-all' option of Grooveclean:

Caution The GrooveClean -all command deletes all Groove data. In versions of
Groove that are earlier than Groove 2007, this includes the Groove data of
other Microsoft Windows users who are on the same computer. After you run the
GrooveClean -all command, you will not be able to use Groove until you create
a new account or import a previously saved account.

Hi,

We have the same problem, even after trying the grooveclean thing. Help!
The files is V3.0, but Groove 2007 doesn't seem to be able to recognize and
download it. Is there anyway to upgrade the files tool from 3.0 to 2007?
