Fill and line colors vanish when shape is reduced in size.

Running Pub 2003. When one of my users creates a shape in a pub document,
fills it then shrinks it, the fill color vanishes. When we go into shape
properties, it won't let us change the fill color. Not sure what to do here.
Transparancy doesn't work either, it goes from totally visible to completely
transparent at 4%.

Just discovered that the shape still shows up in print preview. High
contrast is not enabled as suggested by KB articles.

Do this,
Slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel, display folder, settings
tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab.
If this works, you need to go to the manufacturer's web site of your adapter and look
around for an upgraded driver.
