fill form field from querystring

Want a simple way of having a value from the querystring that opens a page be
included in a hidden field of a form.

In ther words the form would be called by a URL like
...../Satisfaction.htm?job=JobName
and then the value of the job would be put into a hidden field so it would
be sent out with the e-mail from the save results component.

I would prefer the simplest solution so that the end-users can self-maintain
