Filter and regexp

I would like to sort(filter) mail with rules but those rules are
"regexp", can I do some thing like that with outlook?

You can create rules programmatically.

There is probably better content in the Exchange SDK or Office SDK, but
probably not in Java(script).

Maybe someone else has more indepth answers.
