Filter by form by question, answer please

Hi,
I have this filter by form. It works fine. It gives me desired results.
However, there is some problem which I don’t understand. When I apply filter
by form, for some records it gives me drop down list of:
1. IS NULL
2. IS NOT NULL
I don’t understand this. In 'filter Lookup' properties I have selected
'never'. But I don’t know why it shows these two options. And I don’t want
any of the options.
Does any one know what I should do? Any help will be appreciated.
