Filter contacts to keep private entries off exchange server

How do I filter contacts to keep private entries off exchange server? It
looks like I can set up filters to prevent downloading contacts from server
to Outlook but I want to keep private entries (contacts, calendar, etc) in
Outlook and my smart phone but NOT share them through Exchange.
