Filter on task name

What I am trying to do is create a report or filter that shows all tasks
called "Acceptance Period" where Work <>0

I tried creating a report from and a custom field but neither allows the
Task Name field to be selected for a filter.

What is the best way to do this?

The best way is to create a filter which filters on name. Every version of
project I've worked with allows you to filter on name.
It should be listed as name, not task name if you are having trouble finding
it. No need for " marks around the value you are searching for.

For example here is how the filter edit dialog should look:

And/Or Field Name Test Value(s)
----------------------------------------------------
Name equals Acceptance Period
And Work is greater than 0


I tried it. It works.
