Filter out rolled-up summary tasks

How can I create a filter that only shows tasks that have actual work
assigned to them, that is, are not any level of a rolled-up summary task?

MSP has an undocumented field called [current date] that can be used in a
formula, this field is needed by the Gantt chart to plot the current date
line and I stumbled on it while try to creat a rolling window filter.
