Filtering a Shared Workbook

I cannot use the advanced filter function when I share a
workbook. Is there a way around this?

Hi
Excel does restrict the functionality for nshared workbooks. I would
assume Advanced Filters are one of them. So no way around this

You can't run an Advanced Filter in a shared workbook.

However, you could open a new workbook, start the Advanced Filter, and
extract the data to the new workbook.
Then, copy the results back to the shared workbook.
