Filtering Duplicates

I have an Excel Doc that contains 15000 addresses of
people that own property in Florida but live out of the
area. The problem is I have several duplicate records in
owner's mail address column. The reason is some people
own multiple pieces of property. I want to know if I can
have Excel delete duplicates mail addresses in a single
column. If so how do I do it.

use 'Data - Filter - Advanced Filter' for this and
check 'Unique records'
