Find all related messages - How to?

In Outlook 2002, suddenly in the preview pane, right above the message information there is a highlighted field that says You replied on 1/27/04 10:04 p.m. Click here to find all related messages.
I don't know how I enabled this feature, why it only works for one of the 20 messages in my inbox, and why the click here isn't actually a link and there is no response when I click there.
If someone knows how I turned this feature on, and how to enable it for all messages, I'd appreciate it.

The Infobar is present on all messages that have such information to show.
There's nothing to enable.

If you want to find related messages, right-click the item in the message
list and choose File | Related Messages.
