Find and Replace not working?

I trying to do a find and replace, but replace is grayed out. I've tried
altering every drop down in box, but stays grayed out. Any idea? Thanks

Also (to just delete, you would just leave replace box empty, correct?)

Not sure JE, how do I check?
(I did not protect it)
Beyond that, I did get it to point where replace is not grayed out, but now
it says:

Formula too long. (this comes up even if formula is not selected)

Why am I getting this?

In find:
Do put worksheet?
Search by rows or columns
And most important what Look in?

Same question for the replace.
