Find duplicate data files, contacts, messages.

It would be great if there was a utiliy to easily find and manage duplicate
files, contacts and messages. eg Search ->Duplicates (file type)

No. I just got MS Office 2003 (XP) and was makeing a suggestion for a tool
within this suite.
