Find feature doesn't work

When I type in a name to retrieve from the contact list.
Outlook 2002 reports that It could not fine requested
contact. Any idea how to fix this problem?

We just installed Exchange server. It works fine on other
machines.

What is the default contact folder, PST or Exchange? If you change the
order in which Outlook uses contacts, does this help?
