Find Function is not working

When I try to search for a Keyword or Phrase in My
Documents, I get a message that says the filters I need
to perform this function are not installed.

How can I install them and make this happen?

In the Search dialog box, make sure that only Word files are included in
the "Results should be" dropdown menu.
