Finding e-mails

I had to re-install Windows 2000 Pro and it is making me re-install Office.
I did this once before and couldn't find my current e-mails. Is there a way
to find them?

search for a rather large file with a .PST extension. It might be hidden.
that should contain all your email, contacts etc. You can open it with
Outlook and copy data over to your new profile.

Depends on the method you used to reinstall Windows.
