Hi All,
The plan is now growing and resources are severly overallocated. Some of
these conflicts will be solved once all dependencies are set, others when
the final work estimate is done. But there will still be a number of
resources that either need to be cloned (being in the pharmaceutical
industry it is a challanging idea) or replaced by someone with the right
competence. But what is the best way to identify who is avalaible for a
given period?
One idea I have is to use the Group column in the Resource Sheet to divide
people inte Subject Experts, Core Members and so on to lable them. But how
can I make use of this information? Or can't I?
