How do I flag a late start, or a late finish?
I would need to show the flags in a seperate column

Hi Stephane,

What is a late start?
If you mean a start later than the baseline proceed as follows:
Customize a duration field
(Tools, Customize, Fields)
-set a formula such that it is equal to start variance
-set a graphic indicator when it is >0
