flash in emails won't work in outlook 2003

Hi everyone. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all .

I made a xmast card in flash. I have placed this in my oulook 2003
staionary. I can send email using this stationary and it works for most .
When I say most I mean this.

I have WXP with office 2002, Any of my clients who have WXP with office 2003
can not use this stationay even If I set it up my self on their machine.
Flash won't show while in the email. Flash does show as swf file on it's own
if run within desk top or accessed on the web.

Does anyone please quickly tell me what is the problem?

I and my client have downloded the latest Flash AND the shockwave players
from MM site.

Outlook 2003 does not display images by default. Therefore, your flash
animations are lost on users of Outlook 2003.

Then how come it works on my machine with 2002 and does not with my clients
