My computer (A Dell Dimension 4100 running Windows XP Home
Edition) has recently begun "flashing" (appears briefly on
the screen then dissapears) when I attempt to connect my
DSL or to access other programs by pressing the "Start"
button. I have run the McAfee Virus Detection and found no
viruses and have re-installed my Microsoft Windows XP Home
