flip a pic

A have a pic that was scaned into a word xp doc. were i
could flip or rotate it at will. Now i saved and opened it
in word 97 put can not find how to flip or rotate the pic,
all the "Rotate or Flip opptions are grayed out

yep -- can't do it in Word -- open it in Paint or download the demo version
of paintshoppro(www.jasc.com) and do it there.
