Folder List Slow to Open

On one of our computers, when Outlook 2000 is started, the Folder List
is slow to open. The PST file is about 400 MB. The OS is Windows 2000
SP4. Does anyone know why it is slow? It has a lot of folders in it, but
it does not have any more than several other computers that are not
experiencing the same slowness.
