Folder Tree Won't Remain Expanded - Outlook 2003

Each time I open Outlook 2003 I have to click all the +Folders to expand the
sub folders beneath them in my Personal Folder tree. Is there a tweak that
can make expanded folder tree the default when I launch Outlook?
