Folder Woes

Hi I am running XP Pro SP2 fully updated, Office XP updated. I had created
some folders in Outlook to sort my mail, and decided that I don't like them
anymore. So I clicked View>folder list and deleted the folders from the
list. Gone right? Wrong...when I click View>Go To>Folder all folders
including previously deleted folders are still displayed in the Folder Name
drop down box. They are not shown in the tree listing , only this box and 1
other box where I can't remember where I saw it. How can I get rid of this?
