I am applying a custom color to text, but when I print preview or
just try to print it only prints in black. Am I doing something
wrong?
This is related to your printer/printer driver. Be sure that your printer
not only supports color (duh

, but that the default properties are not
set to print in grayscale.
I have an HP PhotoSmart P1000 at home that prints awesome color. BUT, by
default, I changed the printer settings to print in Draft mode, Grayscale
because I tend to print out bank statements, online articles, etc and don't
need the color.
Go to Start > Printers and Faxes > Right Click on your Printer and choose
properties and check the settings.
