Font color

I am using MS Word 2004. Is there a way to assign a specific color to
a font? I mean, for example, if you want to create an interesting
color that's not preset (i.e., red, blue, etc). Let's say you want
50% of this color, 20% of this one, 10%, of this one, and 20% of this
one, and voila! Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Either through the Font Color button (Formatting Toolbar, Formatting
Palette, or Drawing Toolbar) or in the Font Color List in Format> Font,
select More Colors, then pick the second item from the left - Color Sliders.
Open the list & choose the preferred Color Model & adjust to taste.
