Font sixe differe from one browser to another

In Internet Explorer, View->Text Size
Is the setting the same on all computers?

I use FP2000 to edit my web files. Problem is that on certain PC the size of
some fonts seems larger than ussual - when view in Explorer, though the font
settings looks the same in all of my pages(in FP2000).

Can someone advise please?

And some other possibilities:
The screen size and settings selected.
Windows allows users change windows display settings to show text
slightly oversized (i.e. for poor vision).

Using points to size your characters will do this, too. This means using
the <font> tag....
