FP is a web development tool and you should only use web safe fonts
- it will let you use any font installed on your system
(but others won't see it if they don't have it)

Note to Users:

#1- FrontPage will work with all fonts installed on your
system
#2- Browsers will work with all fonts installed on the
client system

What this means is that you can install all the pretty fonts
you want, and FP will use them as you so desire. However;
if the client does not have the font installed, their
browser is going to use the default font anyways.

My daughters' school had a scok-hop on Saturday night. To
decorate, they had put up 45s and 33s all over the school
last week. My 1stgrader wanted to know why there were all
these black dishes hanging in the school.

Had to quit using it for that too. kept leaving the pasteboard Heinekin coaster in it when I was
done with the coffee, and windows has a habit of closing it when you restart the machine.

I will date myself and say I have 4 flavors of vinyl- 16s,
33s, 45s, & 78s
My rich neighbor had a mobile phone- and it was equipped
with a dial.
My amplifier had tubes in it- I didn't need a space heater
if I left the stereo on.

Who do you know that wants to buy an 8" floppy?

Anyone for my old duMont 9" TV? Comes complete with 78RPM player, and FM/AM
Radio. Hot stuff.

My parents had a few. Low-fi system, basically books that
were read. I may now have to go find some....

Here's an article about the different speeds. It appears
that format battles were not invented with Beta vs VHS and
DVD+RD vs DVD-RW

I built one once in my electronic kit. It was one of those kits with a ton
of wires and little springs. You hooked up the wires according to a
numbered chart and you could build all kinds of cool electronic gear. This
was right after the IC had been invented, and the kit had a huge (about the
size of a fig newton) IC right in the middle. Pretty cool stuff, and a lot
cooler than what kids have to play with these days.

Jim, when you said you made a crystal radio, I though for sure you was
older. I built my 1st crystal radio from a kit about 1945.
