Are the alphabets on the ClipArt site? They are not fonts, you would use them as you
would use any piece of clipart.
If you are downloading true fonts, they must be installed. Open the control panel,
font folder, file, install font, or drag the font file to the font folder.
These are downloadable clipart I guess. It is a whole alphabet with each
letter being a separate clipart. For example an A in the shape of an animal
and so forth. I don't know how to use these. Do I download each letter?
Input a specific letter in the search, i e "A." Preview one of the letters, click the
style number that appears on the preview pane, all the letters of the set will come
up.
In the Options (right top), select to view 48 images at a time. On the left top of
the thumbnail page there is an option to select page. This will help expedite
downloading.

If you must, you must, although the sites offering such alphabets
usually group them into a ZIP file for easier downloading. To
integrate them into a document, you would probably end up inserting
them like clip art and the playing with word wrap, alignment, spacing,
etc. to suit your fancy. It's a bt of work, but you can get some nice
results. HTH
The problem with other sites is most of the images are bitmaps and not very good...
