My Computer has 271 fonts installed in the Windows\Fonts directory.
When I bring up a list of available Fonts in Publisher, the number shown is
well below what is listed in the Fonts directory. Could anyone explain why
all the Fonts are not accessible through Publisher?

I am also looking for a Font called Stuyvesant. Does anyone know where this
is available for Free.

Thanks for any help

If you are using Publisher for web authoring then you will only get 11 web
friendly fonts. Go to Format, Fonts, uncheck *Show only Web fonts.*

The Stuyvesant font is bundled with CorelDraw. Maybe an acquaintance has the
program??
If your newsreader still offers binaries you might inquire at alt.binaries.fonts

Can it be a lookalike font?
I couldn't find one free, but found a list that gives the "fake" one that
looks like it.

I didn't try and track down the name it gives.
If you can't get the real thing which doesn't seem to be available free.

Thanks for your help Mary.

I have version 12 of CorelDraw, but the font is not there. Do you know
which version it came with?

Thanks again
