Our Windows XP hard drive recently crashed. We lost all info. When loading Microsoft Word, the 2000 version was loaded and my fonts were not the same when trying to compose a letter. I really need extra fonts. I tried to "install a new font on your computer" but a message appeared that told me I needed to remove the old versions first. I am stuck and need assistance. Keep in mind that I am NOT a computer wizard
