Footer and Print Preview

Text in Footer is different when printed. Tried to change it in print
preview but can't access footer section in Print Preview to change.

You *can* edit in Print Preview if you turn off the Magnifier, but this is
not recommended. Is it just a matter of fields updating when you switch to
Print Preview or Print? If so, you'll get the same result by selecting the
footer in Print Layout view and pressing F9.
