Deleting a footnote with Track Changes turned on will not
recalculate the footnote numbers. If I delete footnote 4
of 5, the last one will still be numbered 5. Furthermore,
adding another footnote before 5 will number the new one 4
but change the previous number 5 to 6--there is still a
missing footnote number. Is there any way to resolve the
numbering without turning off Track Changes?
