Force Default Font on Paste

Is there a way to force any font pasted into a current document to be
reformatted into the current font and size of the new page? I am using
Office XP. I am having trouble keeping the look of a document the same.
Everyone loves those "poofy" fonts, but some of us simply can't read them.
