I'm doing work with trying to model what a polygon would look like on
an XY graph in Excel. This workbook will be distributed for use by
many people, who can enter any range of points, and then a polygon
will be created by using the XY line graphs. I have my polygon done,
and everything looks alright. The question I have is, is there any way
to force the XY graphs to always scale together? I would like to make
sure the background is a mostly square grid, but say I have a long
polygon. How can I make sure that if the X axis scales to 100, that
the y axis does also? Since there is no upper limit on the number that
the user could enter I can't just make the graph 100x100. Any ideas?
